Job Description:
Your primary role and function will be to lead the reservations team to achieve set targets and budget in line with the business strategy. You will be an effective leader and motivator of individuals, focussed, confident and innovative in delivering solutions to achieving financial results. You will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and ability to manage the functions of recruitment, development and performance ensuring the continued strength of the sales team as well as delivering optimum levels of customer service. Experience in call centre management is beneficial along with successful implementation of both last minute pricing strategy & dynamic packaging.
