General Description: This is an exciting new opportunity to join the National Sales team with this growing hotel company, reporting into the Head of National Sales. As National Sales Manager, you will focus on the third party and business travel agency stream of our clients’ business, and act as a business expert in that area, with responsibility for developing the knowledge and understanding needed to formulate and execute relevant sales strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:
Retention of strategic ‘at risk’ national accounts.
YOY managed account revenue growth.
Strategic new business acquisition.
Team accountability for driving Business Accounts, delivering approx £175m Business Account sales.

What we’re looking for in you:
Proven track record in establishing, growing and developing working relationships within travel management.
Extensive experience of successfully selling into large agencies or Travel Management Companies (TMCs) within the business travel industry OR extensive experience of working within a large business travel agency or TMC in a high level corporate sales role.
Focused on customers, finding ways to meet and exceed expectations.
Commercially aware with an understanding of revenue management
