Libra Holidays has acquired specialist operators Argo Holidays and Jetlife.
Libra confirmed the acquisitions of the sister companies today.
The operator issued a statement saying: "Libra Holidays UK Ltd, the new re-structured Libra, has acquired the brands and business assets of Argo Holidays and Jetlife.
"Integration of the two companies will commence in the coming weeks and months."
Argo and Jetlife are part of the Interargo Travel Group, with Argo specialising in Cyprus and Greece - similar to Libra - and Jetlife covering the US, Caribbean and Asia.
Like Libra, Argo and Jetlife and based in Barnet, north London.
More details of the deal are to emerge on Monday.
