Starwood Hotels and Resorts is to open a hotel under its trendy W brand in Marrakech.
The 150-room hotel, due to open in mid 2010, will also have 68 villa residences and will form part of the luxurious mixed-use Al Maaden Resort development.
It will be located close to the cityââ¬â¢s historical centre, the Medina, and will overlook an 18-hole championship golf course.
