Worldchoice director Bill Pickering has been appointed to the Triton Board.
He replaces Worldchoice chairman and managing director Colin Heal who has handed over his chairmanship to John McEwan in order to focus on the TTA and Worldchoice merger.
The merger is expected to be completed in the next few weeks, subject to approval by Worldchoice shareholders.
Pickering is general manager of Worldchoice UK, and managing director of Worldchoice Travel/Enterprises Ltd.
Meanwhile, Worldchoice director Helen Burgess has been given specific responsibility for PR, a role which was carried out by McEwan prior to his appointment as chairman.
