Eastern Airways is moving its Birmingham International Airport flights from terminal two to terminal one in order to offer fast tracking, 30-minute check in to boarding times and closer proximity to city centre rail links. The move takes place on June 4.
Air France KLM has appointed Marie-Beatrice Alario as its new head of marketing for UK and Ireland. Alario will oversee the marketing campaign to promote the new US flights for both carriers as well as promoting the London City network and developing the Air France KLM loyalty programme Flying Blue. She joins from the Madrid office where she was marketing and revenue management manager overseeing a team of 13.
Delta Air Lines customers can now pay for their tickets online using PayPal. Josh Weiss, Deltaââ¬â¢s managing director responsible for delta.com and self-service products said: "PayPal provides additional payment flexibility that supports Deltaââ¬â¢s commitment to providing todayââ¬â¢s busy travellers with the ease, convenience, and value they demand. PayPal brings them another great option to purchase tickets."
Expedia has signed an agreement with Barcelo Hotels and Resorts that will see the fast-expanding chain available on expedia.com and hotels.com branded sites globally. Barcelo, formerly Paramount Hotels, is looking to expand into new destinations and target a more global customer base.
