Aer Arran has started searching for a new managing director to succeed Garry Cullen.
Cullen recently completed a two year contract with the Irish regional carrier and has agreed to continue until the end of the year.
The airline hopes to have his successor in place at the end of October in order to ensure a smooth transition.
