The vote on the merger of Worldchoice and the Travel Trust Association has been set for September 3.
A court meeting will be held at the Royal Air Force Club, in Piccadilly, London, followed by an extraordinary general meeting to approve the deal.
The proposed merger will go through if at least 75 per cent of votes are cast in favour of it. Votes will be based on one per Worldchoice share and voting will be either in person or by proxy.
