The Jamaica Tourist Board has partnered with Travelocity.com to allow online bookings through its new website.
Travelocity will provide the booking engine for the site, which also has improved functionality, updated content, quicker response time, GPS tracking of favorite spots and Google Maps.
Director of Tourism Basil Smith said: ââ¬ÅâAt the most basic level, the new VisitJamaica.com is an improved means to communicate with and educate travellers about the diversity and culture of Jamaica.
ââ¬ÅâIt will be a medium to reach the travel industry and influencers around the world and to maintain Jamaicaââ¬â¢s position as the premiere Caribbean tourism destination.ââ¬~
