Just days after CASA, the industry watchdog ordered improvements to Qantas aircraft maintenance practices, the maintenance issues continue.
However, people do not appear to be losing their belief that Qantas offers good value for money - all while passengers are experiencing delays, unscheduled stop-overs in airport lounges and the effects of maintenance issues.
Qantas is also attracting unwanted attention in the UK, where it promotion of the airline as the world's most exerienced is also being challenged.
