British Airways is offering special one-way fares to holidaymakers left stranded abroad with the collapse of XL Leisure Group.
The rates are available to people mid-way through their holidays who are booked to travel from today either to the UK or Florida, the Caribbean, Egypt and European destinations.
BA is also providing discounts from its World Offer tariffs to long haul passengers booked with XL but have yet to travel. This covers flights to Florida, the Caribbean, Israel and Egypt.
Passengers must have proof of purchase with XL to qualify for the discounted BA World Offer rate.
Stranded XL passengers have been advised to call BA direct on 0844 493 0 787.
ââ¬ÅâBritish Airways flights to these destinations are busy but the airline will do all it can to repatriate as many of XLââ¬â¢s customers as possible,ââ¬~ a statement said.
