Sunvil is to implement Dolphin Dynamicsââ¬â¢ booking management module within its retail travel division in a bid to cut time-consuming admin.
It is also taking on Dolphin's automated booking capture and invoicing tools for its tour operating activities.
The technology will automate Sunvilââ¬â¢s pricing, reporting, customer profiling, accounting and document production functions, and will interface with Galileo in order to import customer and booking data.
Sunvil operations director Chris Wright said: ââ¬ÅâDolphin will enable us to run our retail operation far more efficiently, and by reducing time-consuming administration activities we can spend more time servicing our customers.ââ¬~
