Advantage will launch a new consumer website in the next month and will give members the chance to white label the product.
The consortium's website will allow consumers to book flights, hotels, holidays and extras but will also link to social networking sites like Facebook and Youtube.
Colin O'Neill, Advantage sales and marketing director, said: "It goes without saying that independent travel agents are competing with the web and therefore want to also have the ability to sell holidays and promote themselves on the internet."
He said business partners, lifestyle brands and tourist boards could use the site to promote their products.
