Allbury operators waive fuel surcharges on early bookings

Argo and Libra Holidays have introduced a no fuel surcharge incentive to encourage early bookings for next year.

The Allbury Travel group operators claim that savings of up to Ã&#pound;110 per couple are available on bookings made by October 31.

The deal covers holidays taken between January 1 and October 31, 2009, excluding departures between February 9ââ¬'15 and March 29ââ¬'April 12.

Group commercial, product and operations director Steve Heapy said: ââ¬ÅâœThe recent launch of our new edition brochures has stimulated the market and resulted in a healthy number of sales for the winter season as well as early bookings for next summer.

ââ¬ÅâœAs an additional motivation, we have removed the fuel surcharge to stimulate the market further and offer an incentive to book now and save the pennies, a key bonus during the credit crunch.

ââ¬ÅâœIn addition, this steady flow of bookings may also be attributed to the fact that more and more people are aware of the advantages of booking with an ATOL bonded company. All our brands are ATOL protected and members of ABTA, therefore offering reassurance that their holiday is protected.ââ¬~
