US Airways is to launch flights from Birmingham to Philadelphia from next summer.
Starting from Birmingham on May 13, the new service will operate daily until the end of September, offering onward flights throughout the US.
Flights will arrive into Birmingham at 06:25, then departing at 08:45 to arrive in Philadelphia at 11:50.
Operating a Boeing 757-200 aircraft, US Airways will offer a mixed cabin of 164 economy seats and 12 business class seats.
Bookings can be made after October 25.
