The first Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix night race helped drive up visitor numbers from the UK in September.
The Singapore Tourism Board saw a 3.2% rise in UK arrivals compared with the same period last year.
This was largely attributed to the SingTel Singapore Grand Prix.
With around 34,000 arrivals, the UK growth made it one of Singaporeââ¬â¢s strongest performing source countries, reinforcing its position as the largest European market sending 495,693 visitors in 2007.
