The organisers of the Australasian Travel and Tourism Resilience Forom have announced that Mike Da Silva, CEO of MDSA Promotion Marketing, Sydney, CEO of NMA/MDSA Entertainment Marketing Australia & Asia and President of the Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide, based in New York has joined the stunning array of speakers at the forum taking place on December 6 2008 at the International College of Management Sydney, Manly.
Mike Da Silva is recognised as a leading global authority on Promotion Marketing and a pioneer of the Industry in Australia, the United Kingdom and Asia and MDSA Promotion Marketing clients include: Qantas, ANZ Bank, Australian Wool Innovation, MySpace, Dreamworks (LA), News Digital Media, ACCOR, Universal Pictures, Paramount, ING, eBay, PayPal, Volvo, Mobil, Fox Pictures (Australia & LA), SONY Pictures, Coles and Tourism Western Australia.
Mike is also CEO of NMA/MDSA Entertainment Marketing Australia and Asia, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Mumbai, London and Tokyo, with NMA the largest Brand Integration Company in the USA.

Mike is a winner of the MAA Worldwide International Marketing Professional of the Year award, for his work in developing Promotion Marketing throughout the world and is the current President of the prestigious 42 year old, New York based, Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide, the first time this position has been held outside the USA and UK.
MAA has 65 Members in 19 Countries and prior to being elected to the Presidency, Mike was International Executive Vice President for MAA for Asia for 12 years.
During the 2007 Asia Brand Congress, held in Mumbai, India, Mike was awarded a Brand Leadership Award and at a function at the Indira Ghandi Institute he was awarded a Global Super Achiever Award for his work throughout Asia.
He is a current Member of the International Advisory Council for the Asia Brand Congress.
Mike is the Founder of the Promotion Marketing Awards of Asia, ââ¬ÅâThe Dragons of Asiaââ¬~, and is Vice President, Marketing for the MAA Globes Recognition Programme operating in USA, Canada, South America, UK, Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, Asia and Australia.
His role also includes the MAA Global Academic Marketing Challenge which recognises young Promotion Marketers, in partnership with the Worldââ¬â¢s leading Universities and Business Schools which he pioneered in 2006.
