Wembley Arena has been selected as the venue for the first creditorsââ¬â¢ meeting following the collapse of the XL Leisure Group.
The meeting has been called by the joint administrators of Excel Aviation for December 17.
It follows the failure in September of the UKââ¬â¢s third largest tour operating group.
Proposals from joint administrators Kroll ââ¬' which changes its name to Zolfo Cooper on Monday ââ¬' will be outlined to creditors at the meeting.
A letter to creditors announcing the meeting says that directors of the company are not required to attend and will not be present.
A report from the joint administrators is due to be available to creditors from Monday.
