Two ABTA member companies collapsed on Friday.
Montystar based in Ilford, Essex, traded as Select Holidays and Holiday Bargains.
ABTA said nny claims arising in respect of retail or non-licensable activities should be referred to CEGA, ABTAââ¬â¢s claims handling partner, tel. 01243 621500 or email ABTAClaims@cegagroup.com.
Claims in respect of licensable activities should be referred to the Civil Aviation Authority.
Travel agency Whaley Bridge Travel of Whaley Bridge, High Peak, also collapsed.
ââ¬ÅâThe company acted as a retail travel agent and customers should contact the supplier of their travel arrangements, which will be a tour operator, accommodation supplier or car hire company. This company should honour the booking and any money paid,ââ¬~ ABTA said.
