Global Travel Group chief executive Andrew Botterill has been appointed UK managing director of parent company, Stella Travel Services.
The move follows a reshuffle that saw the departure of Stella's European MD Shane Shane Flynn, who will stay on as a consultant for six months.
He had only been in the role for eight months.
In an email to staff, Botterill told them he was looking forward to working closely with them "to ensure that our businesses here in the UK are integrated carefully and successfully during these challenging times".
Stella also owns Travel 2, Travelbag, and Harvey World Travel.
