SeaDream Yacht Club CEO Larry Pimentel has stepped down.
Industry sources believe he had a disagreement with Atle Brynestad, owner and chairman of Seabourn Cruise Line, about adding a new ship.
Brynestad founded the cruise line in 1987 and was its chairman for 10 years, as well as being CEO during the initial years.
He was also chairman of Cunard Line and a board member of Carnival Cruise Lines.
He is the founder and owner of SeaDream Yacht Club, and will now also assume the CEO role.
Bob Lepisto, former vice president sales and marketing, has been appointed MD.
