Australia appoints trainer for UK

Tourism Australia has appointed Glen Davis to the position of trainer for the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions.

Based in the London office, he will be responsible for deepening Australian destination knowledge through training for travel agents and Aussie Specialists.

The role will involve both on and offsite training events and will include shop visits and familiarisation trips.

In his previous role, Davis was involved in the design and delivery of the Travelbag training programmes in the UK.
