Air Berlin is reducing its fuel surcharge on January 27.
On domestic German and European intercity flights the surcharge per flight will be reduced from Ãpound;20 to Ãpound;16.
On medium-haul tourist routes the fuel surcharge will be reduced from Ãpound;28 to Ãpound;20.
On flights to Egypt, Madeira, the Azores and the Canary Islands the fuel surcharge will be reduced to Ãpound;28 from Ãpound;36.
On long-haul routes the surcharge will be reduced from Ãpound;76 to Ãpound;64.
The airline said it would make further adjustments to the fuel surcharge in line with future movements of the aviation fuel price.
