HRG has upgraded its online self-booking tool, introducing new features to book rail and no-frills airlines more easily.
It said the latest version of HRG Online been developed to meet changing market trends and conditions and in response to direct client feedback.
The tool has a more streamlined look and feel, with a new dynamic search capability.
An extended menu for no-frills carrier bookings allows users to manage ‘grey costs’, such as priority boarding and checked baggage allowance, at the time of booking.
Rail options have been improved, taking integration with thetrainline.com a step further so that users are able to factor railcard discounts into bookings and opt to collect tickets at a ticket office, as well as FastTicket machines.
In addition, Eurostar is now bookable online.
