Travel recruitment company Rubicon Search and Selection has launched a new head hunting division to find ââ¬Ëhiddenââ¬â¢ talent.
Through RADAR Executive Search and its sister brand, RADAR Elite, Rubicon claims it will be able to tap into ââ¬Åâexceptional talentââ¬~ currently secure in employment but not visible to the market.
RADAR will use traditional search methodology by presenting candidates who are not readily available, through headhunting across all leisure-related industries.
Co-founder and managing director Emma Barton said: ââ¬ÅâThere is no doubt that the next two years will be extremely challenging for the leisure sector but opportunities wonââ¬â¢t dry up.
ââ¬ÅâCompanies have been focusing on cost initiatives over the last few months but focus is now switching to revenue generation.
ââ¬ÅâTalent is required to secure a bigger slice of a declining pie and this is starting to stimulate revenue focused vacancies at all levels.ââ¬~
