Now older bloggers rule

SYDNEY - One in every 11 minutes online globally is accounted for by social network and blogging sites.

In Australia, 10.9 percent of time spent online is spent social networking, which is up from 6.9 percent a year ago.

The social network and blogging audience is becoming more diverse in terms of age: the biggest increase in visitors to ââ¬ËœMember Communityââ¬â¢ websites globally came from the 35-49 year old age
group (+11.3 million).
