Air France/KLM has finalised a 323 million euro deal for a quarter stake in Alitalia.
The deal for 25% of the Italian flag carrier follows approval by competition authorities.
The minority sahreholding gives the Air France/KLM group greater access to the Italian market following Alitalia's acquisition of Air One which reinfoces its position in domestic routes.
