Prices for Cosmos Tourama holidays have been cut by as much as £170 in Europe across the summer.
The price-led offers have been introduced following renegotiations with suppliers and by taking advantage of new tactical offers from airlines and hoteliers, the operator said.
Rates have been reduced on tours and cruises in Europe, the US, Canada and worldwide for selected departures between April and November.
Head of product David Binns said: "It has never been a better time to work with our suppliers to obtain the reductions needed to lower our prices.
"Everyone is well aware that in order to achieve sales in the current climate we need to work together to be able to offer the best possible value holidays.
"With our longstanding relationships with suppliers worldwide, we have been well placed to secure rate reductions and coupled with offers secured from our airline partners, we feel we are offering customers the best value for money holidays in the marketplace."
