TUI extends suspension of Mexico flights

Thomson and First Choice Holidays have extended the suspension of Mexico holidays from Friday May 8 to May 12.

All outbound flights operating to Cancun and Cozumel will be cancelled up to and including that date.

Customers due to travel to Cancun or Cozumel up to and including May 12 will have the option to make a free amendment to their holiday and select a different destination or alternative date up to the same value already booked.

Alternatively, customers will also have the option to cancel their holiday and receive a full refund without incurring any cancellation charge.

Those due to travel between May 13 to 22 inclusive will have the option to make a free amendment to their holiday and select a different destination or alternative date up to the same value already booked.

Thomas Cook has also cancelled all holidays to Mexico up up to and including the 12 May. A spokeswoman said it was monitoring the situation.
