Advantage agents invited to vote for Board level appointments

Members of Advantage Travel Centres are being invited to vote for three Board appointments.

There are two places for elected non-executive directors to represent members with not more than six outlets and whose business is predominantly related to leisure.

The four nominations for these positions are Bryony Hordern of Tickets Anywhere, Ron Marks of Baldwins Travel, Steve Moore of Air Viceroy and Ray Tyler of Courtesy Travel.

In addition, there is one place for an elected non-executive director to represent members whose business is predominantly related to business travel.

The two nominations are Ken McNab of The Travel Company and Peter Reglar of Ickenham Travel Group.

Chief executive John McEwan said: ââ¬ÅâœNon-executive directors play a significant part in the development of Advantage and are responsible for representing the views of their fellow members at board meetings.

ââ¬ÅâœIt is important that members take an active role in voting for the candidates they believe will best serve their interests and help take the organisation forward. I would ask all Advantage members to ensure they use their vote.ââ¬~

All members will now have received their voting papers and are asked to return their vote by midday on 1 July.
