Butlins claims to have achieved over £700,000 of sales to date for The Ocean Hotel with spa, opening at the Bognor Regis Resort in August.
The hotel is due to welcome its first paying guests on August 12.
Butlins said overall bookings for the Bognor Regis Resort in August and September are currently showing a 23% increase.
"Despite the challenging economic climate this year, people are booking holidays at the new Ocean Hotel based on artist’s impressions alone such is the confidence they have in our company," said Butlins managing director Richard Bates.
