CTO Ball coverage on TravelMole.TV

The St. Kitts Tourism Authority became a key sponsor of the annual Caribbean Tourism Organisation Ball held at the Dorchester Hotel in London

Alongside the other sponsors, including British Airways, representatives of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority and partners joined members of the international travel industry for the annual black-tie event.

Hosted by the UK Chapter of the CTO, the summer ball was attended by 400 guests (See adjoining TravelMole.TV video coverage).

Partners supporting St. Kitts at the event included George Rolfe, development director newfound development/Ocean's Edge Resort; Suzanne Kelly from Cara Marketing, representing Royal St. Kitts UK; Mr and Mrs Dimitris Cosvogiannis, genral manager of the Royal St. Kitts Hotel and Amanda Allan of BA.

Lisa Elmes-Bosshard, representing the St. Kitts Tourism Authority at the ball, said: "Such a high-profile event showcases the kind of partnerships which St. Kitts is achieving in the UK marketplace. 

 
"Our relationships with new airline partner British Airways and our hotel partners is the engine which is enhancing the island's profile and visibility in the UK. 
 
"We are proud to join with BA to be a sponsor of this Ball and to support the CTO actively in its UK efforts."
 
A focal point of the evening was a charity raffle in aid of several Caribbean charities.
 
A seven-night all-inclusive holiday to St. Kitts, contributed jointly by The Royal St Kitts Hotel and BA, was won by Suzy Hughes.
