eWaterways launches best price guarantee

Small cruise ship aggregator eWaterways has launched a ââ¬Ëœbest price guaranteeââ¬â¢.

Chief executive Daniela Wagner said: ââ¬ÅâœWe understand that in the current economic climate making their holiday pound stretch as far as possible is every consumerââ¬â¢s priority.

ââ¬ÅâœOur new price guarantee means that we and our travel agency partners are able to offer peace of mind to the travelling public when it comes to securing the very best possible price.ââ¬~

The eWaterwaysââ¬â¢ price guarantee means that should a customer find the same cruise cheaper elsewhere then eWaterways will match, or better, it.

If eWaterways discounts a departure for which a customer is already booked then eWaterways will issue the customer with a personal travel certificate for the value of the discount.

These travel certificates can be applied to any future booking with eWaterways within one year of issue.

Prices must be compared on a like-for-like basis (i.e. same ship, cabin category, departure date and itinerary) and must be available to be booked.
