Now Tourism Australia (TA) is working on the next "blockbusterââ¬~ advertising campaign.
A lot will be riding on the new promotion after the lukewarm reception given to the previous efforts.
Australiaââ¬â¢s tourism industry is doing it tough. Visitor numbers are forecast to fall four per cent this year.
Tourism Australia executive chairman Rick Allert said at this weekââ¬â¢s Tourism Futures conference, "As we've learned from experience, the tough times don't last forever.
"And some might say the tough times provide the perfect opportunity to rethink how we do business and make improvements.ââ¬~
