X Factor judge Dannii Minogue welcomed the first passengers to use the new Etihad dedicated check-in facilities at Heathrow Terminal 4 yesterday.
She chatted with passengers in Etihad’s new premium lounge, located opposite the gates most commonly used by Etihad Airways for flight departures.
Etihad's move to Terminal 4 is part of a multi-million pound investment by Heathrow that will see new shops and facilities and an increased level of comfort for passengers using the terminal.
Colin Matthews, chief executive of Heathrow, said: "We are investing £200 million at Terminal 4, rebuilding many parts of the terminal, providing passengers with a new, modern airport building that offers improved facilities and higher standards of service."
