ABTA ââ¬Ëœbroadly welcomesââ¬â¢ Gatwick sale

 

 
 
ABTA broadly welcomed the news that Gatwick is to be sold by BAA to London City Airport owners Global Infrastructure Partners.
 
A spokeswoman said: "We welcome the announcement by the new owners of Gatwick airport that they will concentrate investment on improving the services at the airport.
 
"Gatwick is very important to our Members as it is the main hub in the UK for charter airlines and any improvements in customer experience will be of great benefit."
