The AirAsia group is a great airline to travel on. From the ease of booking (cell-WAP, on-line or telephone) to the opportunity of winning prizes en route it shows other LCC how to get the job done. Unfortunately, it's baggage allowances are somewhat minimal, as with other carriers. One good point is that they have a good sized fleet and don't strand PAX as Tiger-Singapore does.
