The latest meeting-goers package from Dolce Hotels and Resorts is aptly called "Make Us An Offer -- Anything Goes."
It’s available at any of the chain’s 24 properties in North America and Europe.
"The package allows meeting planners to first submit details of their event -- including their preferred hotel, date, food and beverage, accommodations and other meeting requirements -- and then submit the price they'd be willing to pay," says Dolce.
The company will then evaluate all offers and "work to book the meeting, providing counteroffers where necessary, detailing what the hotel can offer in order to hold the meeting within the planner's budget."
Available on all bids placed by Dec. 18 of this year, the package is good for all meetings taking place before May 31, of next year.
"No reasonable offer will be refused," the company says.
"If your first choice is not available we will work with you to provide alternate dates or an alternate Dolce hotel that is suitable for your event," Dolce adds.
