Africa still tops for Adventure

SYDNEY - African wholesaler Adventure World has released its most comprehensive Africa brochure yet.

Marketing manager Neil Rodgers said that the company's 2010 brochure had been produced to meet a demand for African holidays which had not been diminished despite the global financial crisis.

He said, "In addition to our traditional popular programmes in southern and east African countries, such as South Africa, Botswana, Kenya and Tanzania, we have included new destination itineraries for Burkina Faso, Malawi, Ethiopia and Mali.

"We have also made extensive additions to our luxury product portfolio, which caters for travellers at the top end of the market.ââ¬~

The brochure will also feature the Indian Ocean Collection with a range of bonus value and honeymoon deals in countries like Mauritius, the Seychelles and Mozambique.

Rodgers added, "With travellers from all sections of the market showing up in our research we have included a complete mix of travel experiences ranging from soft adventure camping and overland safaris to de luxe private lodge accommodation.ââ¬~

To mark the release of the new brochure Adventure World has discounted prices on two of its most popular tours.

There are savings of $2080 per couple on the 15-night South Africa Panorama Tour and up to $3200 per couple on the 16-night Best of Kenya and Tanzania small group tour.
