WTTC heads to China

Beijing is to host the 2010 World Travel and Tourism Council global travel and tourism summit.
The 10th annual event will be held on May 25-27 as part of an agreement with the Chinese government.
Travel and tourism in China accounts for 9.8% of China's GDP (US$449.3 billion), and 7.8% of total employment in the country, or 60.8 million jobs, according to WTTC research.
The country is expected to be the fastest growing economy in the world over the next ten years in addition to being the leader in terms of travel and tourism growth.
*TravelMole will be a media partner for the WTTC Summit.
