Most cruisers make this assumption: with the irresistible offer of all-you-can eat, you will almost certainly gain weight during your voyage.
But now Crystal Cruises’ asks its professional fitness directors to suggest how to maintain weight or even start a new fitness program.
"Besides a myriad of healthy dining options, even Crystal’s cocktails use only the freshest purees and juices," the site says.
One obvious wellness activity is to regularly use the cardio and weight equipment offered, crystal says.
Walking or jogging are also suggestions, as is eating fresh fruit or a salad.
Private training sessions is another suggestion. Or how about simply taking regular swims or drinking a lot of water, urges the site?
Visit www.crystalcruises.com for more suggestions.
