Traveltek users gain Rock Insurance services

Rock Insurance has become the first insurer to join technology provider Traveltek.

The arrangement means that users of Traveltek can access different travel insurance services in a deal designed to also boost agents’ commission.

Rock Insurance managing director Antony Martin said: "Our partnership with Traveltek opens up a new distribution channel for us and offers Traveltek’s customers access to a wide range of travel insurance products at competitive prices and with great commission rates.

"With online travel insurance conversion rates typically outperforming call centre sales by around 300%, we are confident that the partnership will prove beneficial to all parties involved."

Traveltek deputy managing director Kirsty Orr added: "The integration of Rock Insurance onto the Traveltek HolidayMaker platform is a 100% compliment to our customers’ current "all inclusive dynamic packaging" system.

"The ability to ‘up sell’ is key in any business in order to increase overall margins, and with the power of Traveltek driving our customers’ websites, and or agency selling systems, selling Rock Insurance’s products will offer a simple and effective way to increase commissions."
