German hotel group Maritim has partnered with global social network TripAdvisor so that customers can read review of its hotels before booking.
Maritim.com is showing confidence in its brand and a brave step towards embracing Web 2.0 by featuring TripAdvisor’s last five relevant hotel reviews.
Maritim chief executive officer Gerd Prochaska said: "Research shows a large percentage of potential clients place great value on unbiased consumer opinion. With over 30 million reviews and over 34 million unique visitors every month, TripAdvisor was the logical choice when deciding upon a partner for online feedback".
