Hogg Robinson Group has partnered with Sabre Travel Network to offer its customers a mobile app while on the move.
HRG clients will use Sabre’s TripCase whilst travelling which will send location-based messages, allowing the business travel agency to interact with clients and their employees about itineraries.
The move is part of the company’s bid to keep on top of the mobile technology curve and help customers with location-relevant information.
Director technology product development Paul Saggar said "HRG’s aim is to enhance the whole traveller experience. TripCase is an innovative solution which enables us to provide timely and useful alerts and appropriate information via mobile devices."
"The mobile app will allow us to interact with our clients and their travellers in a more relevant fashion whilst still ensuring total security and data protection for all users.
