The Institute of Travel & Meetings is inviting companies to bid to become its safety and security partner.
It is looking for someone to help with its new initiative, ITM Phoenix, designed to provide operational support for the business travel sector at times of future crisis in light of this yearââ¬â¢s Ash Cloud disruption.
ITM said it needs a partner who can provide early-warning guidance when a significant crisis occurs and ongoing information and expertise as a crisis develops, through a planned dedicated ITM micro-site.
Any bidders need to issue a full Request For Proposal (RFP), which will be judged by representatives from ITM, GTMC and Advantage Business Travel Group.
Interested parties are invited to contact paul.tilstone@itm.org.uk to express an interest in the RFP by 30th July 2010.
