Advantage Travel Centres has appointed Steven Freudmann as chairman and Roderick Thompson as vice chairman.
The appointments follow the resignation of previous vice chairman Peter Reglar from the Board.
Reglar did not put his name forward for the chairmans role because he wants to concentrate on running his own business, Ickenham Travel.
Until now Advantage has not had a chairman, but the role was created after a change in the constitution.
Freudmann is managing director of Majestic Travel and also chairman of the ITT, while Thompson is managing director of Regent Travel.
Nick Marks, business development director of Baldwin Travel, Phil Cornelius, MD of Ryedale Travel and Steve Campion, MD of Holiday Discount Centre, have been elected as new directors.
Advantage managing director John McEwan said: "I look forward to working with Steven, Roderick and the rest of the Advantage Board to create an even more successful future for Advantage and its members.
--At the same time I'd like to pay tribute to Peter's great achievements in successfully guiding Advantage through a considerable period of change over the past three years."
The newly elected board members will represent members with specific business profiles.
Marks will represent members with no more than six outlets, Cornelius will represent those with more than six, and Campion will represent those with a single outlet but with a turnover of more than five million.
