EasyJet was the only travel-related company to make it into the top 10 in the latest Hitwise Hot Shops list.
But the low-cost airline dropped to number 10 in the list, from number 8 when the list was first published in 2006.
Other travel companies featured in the top 100 included Ryanair (ranked 12), Thomson (14), Expedia (16), LastMinute.com (22), British Airways (32), and Virgin Atlantic (73).
Apart from The Trainline, which was new in at number 31, all other companies in the travel sector have lost ground in the list since its inception.
Amazon has retained the top spot every year.
