Thats exactly whats happened today and the first driver has been found to have been unfairly sacked by an Employment tribunal.Bosses now have..whats the word ..politely .."egg" on their faces....Seems they were the real troublemakers.

Why have the men who have been dismissed not gone to a tribunal and let them decide if it was a fair dismissal. Maybe .as usual , there is more than meets they eye in the reason. This has not been made public so we are all in the dark. If they truly believe they should be reinstated then lets have a review. Just cause chaos and never mind all the innocent customers.
