Jerome Moisan, regional managing director for Travelport UK, Ireland and France, is leaving the group.
A spokeswoman said Moisan had resigned because the commute was too onerous for him when his family re-located to Kent.
She said a replacement was currently being sought.
Meanwhile, Travelport VP strategic corporate development Julian Mills has left to join P&P Associates.
Mills has taken up the position of chief operating officer for the group, which is the provider of VIBE software, Wefly web site, Chelsea Travel Management and the facilitators of the ASDA travel online presence.
Founder and majority shareholder Phil Cook said of Mills: "He brings over 20 years industry experience in both the travel technology and business travel arenas and will be responsible for the growth and development of the P&P Group portfolio."
