KDS has named Dean Forbes as its new CEO, replacing Yves Weisselberger who becomes executive chairman.
Before joining KDS in 2010, Forbes, 32, was group vice president for IT giant Oracle’s project and portfolio management solutions on a worldwide basis.
Before this, Forbes was VP and general manager for Primavera's international business prior to the company's acquisition by Oracle.
Weisselberger said: "I have been impressed by the many changes Dean has brought to the company since he joined a year ago, transforming every single aspect of our business, introducing new products and bringing in some highly talented people.
“Dean's initiatives have already gained impressive traction in the industry, which has resulted in numerous significant wins for us."
KDS provides Travel & Expense (T&E) management systems for private and public sector organisations.
